Russia’s advanced Ratnik infantry gear’s manufacturers have released a variant of its combat smart glasses just for schoolkids.
“In fact, it is a personal monitor, which may be employed by both pupils and their teachers to exhibit the required data,” people behind the army collector stated as they introduced the gadget with an expo at Moscow on Thursday.
The eyeglasses are simple to use as they adapt to the wearer’s visual understanding. They stay resistant to shaking at all moment and require no refocusing. The device doesn’t need an independent power supply and can be plugged into any notebook. The difference between the army and the variations is that the latter lacks the protection that is anti-splinter and anti-bullet.
The Russian military has used Ratnik gear for several years. The repurposed glasses are derived from a next-gen version of a battle system that is due to be introduced later 2020.
